My Linux or My Internet Provider??

Since last two weeks i having problem with my internet connection. I still can't find the problem until asking one of my friend who use same internet provider with me. Is he having problem like me to access intenet??and you what his answer?no, he has no problem with internet connection. Just for you information, the problem start since i came back from field, my be in 1 September. As i read on the news, the day when i came from field, the internet provider having problem with their connetion, in some area people can't get phone call or SMS. Start from that day my internet connection getting worst until yesterday i decided to change my internet provider. Based on this experience, what i can suggest you, specially for people who live in area with bad internet connection is always have a back up for internet provider in case you, don't waste your money for paying bad internet connection. Change your internet provider right away because it will save your time and money...
